ABOUT ME
Certified Translator and Interpreter, professional language services provider.
I am a qualified, certified Translator and Interpreter with a degree in translation and interpreting. I hold a full membership with the New Zealand Society of Translators and Interpreter.
I am a NAATI Certified Practicing Interpreter for Spanish, and Italian.
I have been practicing as a translator and free-lance interpreter for over 30 years and my working languages are Italian and Spanish to and versus English, as well as Italian versus Spanish and vice-versa.
I am a professional translator and a human being - that means that what I produce is not a machine or AI translation, but I do rely on a number of professional tools including CAT programs to assist me with larger jobs.

I also hold a Masters in Linguistics and I am certified to teach languages: Italian, Spanish, and English. I have experience in teaching groups and one-to-one private lessons, as well as preparing students for specific exams and language tests, such as IELTS.
TRANSLATION, REVISION, AND PROOF READING
I offer certified translation of documents required for visa applications with Immigration New Zealand and police clearance. Each translation has a certification letter attached which is signed and stamped by me as an authorized, certified Government translator. All translations are accepted by the Courts and all New Zealand Government departments, including the Department of Internal Affairs, Immigration New Zealand, and all Tribunals.
I work closely with the education, tourism, and export sectors for the translation of business information, agreements, leaflets, localization of websites, and printed information.

I offer private tuition as well as group classes, for all levels from true beginners to advanced, in a friendly and fun environment. From time to time special classes are available, which include cultural experiences in cooking, cinema, and literature. All classes are informal and fun and use a variety of media with authentic dialogues and situations which give students an authentic language experience.
